| | | Robert Pease, P.Geo., FGAC President, CEO and Director
Mr. Pease founded Terrane Metals in April 2006, acquiring the feasibility stage Mt Milligan copper-gold deposit, the advanced stage Berg copper-molybdenum deposit, in addition to other exploration projects. He has been involved with mineral exploration and mine development projects worldwide for the past 30 years.
Prior to becoming President and CEO of Terrane, Rob was continuously employed by the Placer Dome group for the majority of his professional career. In 2002 he assumed the role of the General Manager, Canada Exploration and Global Major Projects with Placer Dome. In this role, Rob was responsible for managing all aspects of Canadian exploration, and overseeing the geological aspects of advanced stage, major exploration and development projects world-wide.
Rob holds a B.Sc. degree in Earth Science from the University of Waterloo. A Professional Geologist (British Columbia) certification and is a Fellow of the Geologic Association of Canada. Rob is the immediate Past-Chairman of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia.

Mr. Farrauto has over 19 years experience as a senior financial officer in private and public companies. His experience encompasses financial and regulatory compliance and public company management.

| | | Darren O'Brien, P.Geo. Vice President Exploration
Mr. O'Brien joined Terrane Metals in April 2006 with over 15 years experience in the mineral exploration industry. Prior to joining Terrane, Darren worked for the Placer Dome Group as Senior Geologist based in Vancouver, BC where he oversaw exploration and acquisition activity in Western Canada. Darren has experience in all aspects of mineral exploration from early-stage grassroots programs to Feasibility-level development projects. From 2002 to 2005, Darren was Project Geologist at the Pueblo Viejo Mine in the Dominican Republic where he was responsible for the geological program and assisted in bringing the project to a positive production decision. From 1996 to 2000, Darren played a key role in the development of the Donlin Creek Project in Alaska from an early-stage exploration project to a multi-million ounce gold deposit. Darren is a registered Professional Geologist with a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Alberta and an advanced diploma in GIS from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

| | | Peter Marshall, P. Eng. Vice President Project Development
Prior to joining Terrane in 2006, Mr. Marshall was continuously employed by the Placer Dome group for 19 years. Most recently he was Project Manager for the Cortez Hills project in Nevada. He has supervised and contributed to numerous evaluations, feasibility studies, and construction projects.

| | | Glen Wonders, RPF MBA Vice President Corporate Affairs and Sustainability
Mr. Wonders is a Registered Professional Forester (Alberta and British Columbia) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry (Alberta, 1985) and a Masters of Business Administration (Royal Roads, 2005). Glen's experience includes resource access and development management in the forestry, petroleum and mining industries. Over the last 18 years, he has held progressively challenging positions in government, forestry and education.

| | | Paul Hosford P.Eng.
Mr Hosford has over 25 years of Mining industry experience, including operations and engineering design from conceptual studies through to detailed design and commissioning of copper, gold and base metal operations. Paul was Manager of Metallurgy with Hatch for 14 years, where he managed numerous studies and design teams for a variety of projects, including the role as Project Manager of the Agua Rica project in Argentina. Prior to joining Terrane, Paul was Director, Barrick Technology Centre for Barrick Gold Corp responsible for process development and operations support.

| | | Darren Morgans, CA Controller
Mr. Morgans joined Terrane Metals in July 2006 with over 11 years of diverse financial experience. Darren is a Chartered Accountant (Australia, 1998) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Queensland, 1994). From 2003 to 2006, Darren worked as an Accounting Manager for Placer Dome where he was responsible for global exploration accounting and prior to that worked in Australia for Xstrata Copper and PricewaterhouseCoopers and in the United Kingdom for various Financial Institutions.

| | | Darin Labrenz, P.Geo. Chief Geologist
Mr. Labrenz joined Terrane Metals in August of 2006, bringing experience in both exploration and mine geology. Prior to joining Terrane, Darin was employed by Placer Dome, most recently at the North Mara Mine in Tanzania where he managed the exploration and mine geology departments as Chief Geologist. Darin has over 17 years of geological experience including the design and supervision of exploration programs, operational management, and active participation in both feasibility studies and economic evaluations. In his most recent role, Darin managed the geological transition from exploration, feasibility, pre-development and through to production at an operating mine.

| | | Wes Carson, P.Eng Director - Mining
Mr. Carson has over 9 years of mine engineering and operations experience. Most recently he was employed by Barrick Gold as Projects Superintendent and Acting Mining Manager for the North Mara Gold Mine in Tanzania. Prior to this he worked in a variety of roles in base/precious metals and coal operations for Teck Cominco and the Placer Dome Group.
