 | Robert Pease, P.Geo., FGAC President, CEO and Director
Mr. Pease founded Terrane Metals in April 2006, acquiring the feasibility stage Mt Milligan copper-gold deposit, the advanced stage Berg copper-molybdenum deposit, in addition to other exploration projects. He has been involved with mineral exploration and mine development projects worldwide for the past 30 years.
Prior to becoming President and CEO of Terrane, Rob was continuously employed by the Placer Dome group for the majority of his professional career. In 2002 he assumed the role of the General Manager, Canada Exploration and Global Major Projects with Placer Dome. In this role, Rob was responsible for managing all aspects of Canadian exploration, and overseeing the geological aspects of advanced stage, major exploration and development projects world-wide.
Rob holds a B.Sc. degree in Earth Science from the University of Waterloo. A Professional Geologist (British Columbia) certification and is a Fellow of the Geologic Association of Canada. Rob is the immediate Past-Chairman of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia.

Mr. Leishman is a geological consultant and was formally the Director of Geology and Exploration for Endeavour Financial Ltd, a financial advisory firm focused on the mineral industry. Prior to joining Endeavour he was a Senior Mining Analyst with Yorkton Securities Inc. in Vancouver.

Mr. Reynolds has served as both an MLA in British Columbia and as a Member of Parliament in Ottawa. Prior to his recent retirement from Federal politics he was the Official Opposition House Leader for the Conservative Caucus. Previously he had been Leader of the Opposition in the House of Commons for the Canadian Alliance Caucus. He is currently a Member of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada and a Senior Strategic Advisor for the law firm Lang Michener LLP.

Ms. Rustad is Vice President - Controller of Goldcorp Inc. a position she has held since 2007. Ms. Rustad has over 20 years experience as an international finance professional in the mining and finance industries. During her 11 year tenure at Placer Dome, she held senior leadership positions that included Vice President, CFO - Africa based in Johannesburg; Director, Global Audit Services and Treasurer, North America. Prior to Placer Dome she was at Ernst & Young, Toronto, where she specialized in both audit and tax in the financial institution and resource industries. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and British Columbia, holds a Bachelor of Commerce, University of Calgary and has completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 | Rohan Hazelton Director
Mr. Hazelton is Vice President - Finance Goldcorp Inc. Prior to Goldcorp's merger with Wheaton River Minerals Ltd, he was a key member of Wheaton's management team since 2002 during Wheaton's rapid growth and significant increase in shareholder value. Mr. Hazelton is a Chartered Accountant and previously worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. Prior to that, Mr. Hazelton was a commercial loans officer for Dialog Bank Moscow, Russia. Mr. Hazelton holds a B.A. in Math and Economics from Harvard University.
